Responsibilities
Du bliver en del af et dynamisk CRM-team, der arbejder med Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement - Sales, Service og Marketing).
Vi arbejder tæt med kunderne – både hos dem, fra kontoret eller hjemme – og vi tror på, at god rådgivning starter med god forståelse.
I den forbindelse får du dit eget kundeansvar og varierede opgaver – fra analyse og design til udvikling, test og implementering.
Udvikle og implementere løsninger i Microsoft Dynamics CE med tekniske integrationer op imod andre løsninger.
Rådgivning og tæt dialog med kunder i forbindelse med behovsafdækning og udarbejdelse af rette løsning.
Lave behovsanalyser, installation samt tilpasning af nye og eksisterende CRM-løsninger.
Requirements
Kommer med 1-5 års erfaring inden for Microsoft Dynamics CE og/eller Power Apps kombineret med erfaring i programmering – gerne i C# eller andet programmeringssprog som f.eks. JavaScript.
En relevant bachelor- eller kandidatgrad indenfor IT (f.eks. Computer Science, Datalogi eller Data Science).
Gerne 1-5 års erfaring med Microsoft Dynamics CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service og Customer Insights).
Programmeringserfaring i C#, JavaScript eller andre.
Fordel hvis du har styr på datamodellering fx ER-diagrammer.
Nysgerrig, proaktiv og selvkørende – med lyst til at få selvstændigt ansvar for kundeopgaver, hvor du også tør at udfordre kunderne på løsningerne.
Evner at formidle komplekse tekniske løsninger på et forståeligt niveau til kollegaer.
