Responsibilities
You manage high-performing funnels across the entire customer journey – from initial inspiration to a clear decision.
Do you want to move people, not just “manage” campaigns?
Lots of creative freedom: you will expand the marketing area and bring your own ideas.
Close collaboration with Sales, the Product team and Consultants to drive growth holistically.
Lead generation & campaign work: you plan, manage and optimize cross-channel lead campaigns along the customer journey (funnel/lead management).
Performance Marketing: you implement campaigns primarily on LinkedIn (optionally Meta/Google) and optimize them in a data-driven way.
Analysis & optimization: you run ongoing performance analyses and A/B tests and derive action plans.
Tracking & reporting: you set up pragmatic tracking and present KPIs (leads, conversion rate, CPL) clearly.
Requirements
Experience in online/performance marketing, ideally B2B/SaaS (HR-related experience is a plus).
Good understanding of target audiences, funnels and conversion.
Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, ideally complemented by Google/Meta.
Confident use of analytics/marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a basic understanding of SEO and GEO (geo-targeting).
Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
Very good German and good English skills.
Nice to have: HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing-automation tool), experience with video content, WordPress, Elementor or other comparable tools, experience in copywriting and creating conversion-optimized text.
