About the role

  • Commercial Support Specialist supporting sales team by maintaining customer data and assisting with proposals. Facilitating commercial growth in the EMEA region while actively managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing, and commercial records.
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Follow up on contracts and forecasts, ensuring alignment with Customer, Sales and Planning.
  • Monitor commercial processes, prevent issues, and contribute to structured workflows.
  • Provide data insights to support Sales in decision-making.
  • Support Sales in seasonal campaigns and new product launches by contacting customers and distributors, providing information, and ensuring timely adoption and ordering.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other IRCA brands and offer customers full portfolio solutions.

Requirements

  • HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in commercial or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in customer data, contracts, and commercial processes.
  • Strong problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues
  • Proactive and hands-on, confident in picking up the phone to engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across teams.
  • Commercially driven and practical, solution-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP preferred); CRM experience is a plus.
