Commercial Support Specialist supporting sales team by maintaining customer data and assisting with proposals. Facilitating commercial growth in the EMEA region while actively managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing, and commercial records.
Assist with quotes, proposals, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Follow up on contracts and forecasts, ensuring alignment with Customer, Sales and Planning.
Monitor commercial processes, prevent issues, and contribute to structured workflows.
Provide data insights to support Sales in decision-making.
Support Sales in seasonal campaigns and new product launches by contacting customers and distributors, providing information, and ensuring timely adoption and ordering.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other IRCA brands and offer customers full portfolio solutions.
Requirements
HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in commercial or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in customer data, contracts, and commercial processes.
Strong problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues
Proactive and hands-on, confident in picking up the phone to engage with customers and colleagues.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across teams.
Commercially driven and practical, solution-focused, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP preferred); CRM experience is a plus.
