About the role

  • Customer service representative managing billing inquiries for Beneva’s clients in Quebec. Supporting clients in understanding payment processes and correcting errors in billing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in accordance with the company’s customer-orientation policy
  • Deliver customer service for the collections department, answering phone calls for all inquiries related to payment arrangements
  • Inform and explain to clients the status of their automatic payments/direct debits
  • Detect any errors and perform the appropriate corrections
  • Analyze payment requests

Requirements

  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to financial details
