About the role
- Program Manager overseeing training and knowledge programs to enhance employee performance at IQVIA. Ensuring instructional design quality and managing multiple initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end training and knowledge programs, including intake, prioritization, development, rollout, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain structured knowledge and learning architecture (learning paths, taxonomies, versioning, and governance).
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and job‑ready.
- Oversee the design and development of learning assets using modern learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline).
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, learner‑centric experiences.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Define and enforce standards for content quality, accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Partner with LMS and knowledge platform owners to support effective delivery and learner experience.
- Track and report on training effectiveness, adoption, and impact; use data and feedback to optimize programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in training program management, knowledge management, or learning operations.
- Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with modern learning design tools, with Articulate 360 (Rise 360 and Storyline 360) a plus.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
