About the role

  • Implementing HR systems for public organizations at IPM in Brazil. Analyzing processes, conducting training, and ensuring data quality while adapting systems to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public organizations, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Electronic Timekeeping, Performance Evaluation, Probation Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
  • Analyze the processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering users' questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the area of operation (HR/Payroll);
  • Experience with HR/payroll software;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
