Responsibilities
POS activation: measure, analyze and implement the checklist based on the perfect execution photo;
Support and Expansion: act as a point of reference for matters related to our Marketing program, becoming a key link between the sales and marketing teams;
Training and Engagement: responsible for training and engaging internal and external audiences, providing full visibility across all marketing levers and turning our value proposition into measurable business results;
Marketing Product Performance: responsible for providing feedback to marketing business areas on opportunities to evolve each product/program.
Requirements
Experience in the commercial/sales area serving client portfolios;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields;
Driver’s license (category B);
Strong negotiation skills and experience executing point-of-sale strategies;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Willingness to travel;
Preferred: MBA.
