Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential new customers
Conduct prospecting calls and presentations to demonstrate and promote our software solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain a network of decision-makers across various industries
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and consulting
Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to contract signing
Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
Document all activities in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports
Requirements
Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong negotiation abilities
Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
