About the role

  • Coordonnateur(trice) aux ventes at Authentic Vins et Spiritueux, providing strategic support and performance tracking for sales. Focusing on data analysis and sales optimization in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic support for the sales team
  • Structure and maintain performance tracking tools (targets, programs, priorities)
  • Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities by territory
  • Ensure rigorous performance monitoring (distribution, promotions, etc.)
  • Produce and share key reports (inventories, orders, performance)
  • Manage and track promotional agreements (restaurant network)
  • Coordinate samples and promotional materials (inventory, distribution)
  • Manage and monitor requirements for OCM reports
  • Participate in major wine trade shows with the sales team
  • Private imports
  • Monitor orders and reservations
  • Coordinate needs between sales and marketing
  • Track inventories and inform the team of availability
  • Process orders from private customers and licensed accounts
  • Manage and organize information across systems (XRM, SharePoint, website)
  • Assist in creating sales and promotional materials
  • Support preparation of sales meetings and internal events
  • Maintain impeccable organization of team documents and tools
  • Code invoices (Concur)
  • Act as the liaison with accounting

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent priority management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (major asset)
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • DEC (college diploma) or relevant training
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Proficient with Office 365 and web tools
  • Sommelier training (asset)
