Responsibilities
Active Prospecting (Outbound): Conduct research and hunting to identify high-value prospects aligned with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
Lead Qualification: Handle initial interactions (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to qualify prospect needs and understand how ioasys can add value;
Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs), ensuring opportunities are ready for the next stage of the funnel;
Data Management: Keep the CRM up to date with all interactions and relevant prospect information;
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize prospecting strategies.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in higher education (preferably from the 3rd semester onwards) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively;
Strong interest in the technology market, digital transformation, and software development, whether in a corporate or entrepreneurial context;
