Responsibilities
Co-responsible for leading and motivating the Front Office team
Supporting the team in daily operational tasks
Complaint management and resolution
Creating duty rosters and managing vacation scheduling, as well as performing Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts
Representing and supporting the Front Office Manager
Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes
Conducting trainings and onboarding for new employees
Requirements

Completed vocational training in hospitality and/or professional experience in a similar position
Hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and reliably
Representing the hotel with a professional appearance
An open and warm personality
Excellent German and English skills
Ideally, experience with OPERA Cloud hotel software
