About the role
- Accountant responsible for transitioning accounting processes in a dynamic tech startup. The role involves HGB-compliant bookkeeping and cooperation with financial management.
Responsibilities
- Schrittweise Übernahme der Buchhaltung von unserem geschätzten Partner TAD in unsere internen Systeme.
- Einführung und Pflege einer Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Lexoffice, DATEV o. Ä.).
- Laufende Buchhaltung nach HGB – Kreditoren, Debitoren, Bank, Reisekosten.
- Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.
- Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater.
- Aufbau und Pflege der Personalbuchhaltung.
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse in der Buchhaltung.
Requirements
- Ausbildung als Buchhalter:in mit Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung nach HGB
- Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK oder vergleichbar)
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Steuern und hoher Lernbereitschaft.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1–C2) – unerlässlich für den sicheren Umgang mit HGB und Steuergesetzen
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Verantwortung, Gestaltung und neuen Herausforderungen
