About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute consulting projects within the HIH Group and for external clients
- Model and optimize complex processes for property, asset and fund managers as well as investors

- Assess and further develop organizational structures
- Develop and enhance KPI systems
- Take project responsibility from analysis through implementation
- Communicate project progress and results
- Support project acquisition and marketing activities
- Act as a point of contact for senior management on strategic issues
Requirements
- Excellent university degree (e.g., in economics/business administration)
- Professional experience at a reputable management consultancy, ideally with a focus on real estate or infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Independent and structured working style
- Affinity for quantitative work / strong quantitative skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High willingness to travel domestically and internationally
