Responsibilities
Participate in the start-up phase of new projects, including clarifying assignments and defining scope and objectives
Conduct stakeholder, risk and cost-benefit analyses
Organize, prepare and support kick-off meetings and project-related coordination
Support project and executive management with structured assistance and independent administrative tasks
Use and maintain project management and IT tools for planning, control and documentation
Assist in organizing, controlling and monitoring operational processes within the project environment
Reporting and project controlling, as well as creating, maintaining and archiving project-related documents, including correspondence with project partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training in the logistics field, e.g., freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk; alternatively, a degree in business administration
Initial project experience gained through professional work, internships, part-time jobs or working-student positions
Experience in warehouse operations as well as contract logistics and supply chain is an advantage
Innovative and analytical mindset to evaluate complex project requirements in a structured way and perform sound analyses
Assertiveness combined with organizational skills to clearly define project goals and confidently manage coordination processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team for professional collaboration with project partners, internal stakeholders and executive management
Solution-oriented and independent working style to proactively identify operational challenges in day-to-day project work and address them effectively
