Responsibilities
The Manager - Process Excellence plays a strategic leadership role in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable change across Rockwell Automation's Business Segments.
This position leads a team of Business Process and improvement Leads and collaborates with partners to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience.
The manager oversees process mapping, playbook development, and digitization initiatives, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Expertise in process mapping, BPMN 2.0, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in change management within large, multi-stakeholder environments.
Proficiency in tools like Miro, Visio, SAP Signavio, Smartsheet, and MS Office Projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management platforms.
Knowledge of Lifecycle Services processes (e.g., Proposals, Order Management, Delivery, Managed Services).
