About the role
- GRC Professional advising clients on Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. Implementing program frameworks and guiding businesses towards regulatory compliance in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Adviseren van onze klanten op het gebied van Governance, Risk Management en Compliance (GRC).
- Voeren van implementatietrajecten en adviesopdrachten.
- Begeleiden van klanten in het optimaliseren van hun bedrijfsprocessen.
- Aansturen van (GRC) teams.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van GRC- en risicomanagementprogramma’s.
- Uitvoeren van fit-gap analyses, compliance scans en interne audits.
- Geven van interne en externe trainingen en presentaties over GRC-onderwerpen.
Requirements
- Een universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Management, Bestuurskunde, Criminologie, Rechten, IT, of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Tussen de drie en vijf jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van GRC, risicomanagement, compliance, security of procesoptimalisatie.
- Kennis van nationale en internationale wet- en regelgeving (bijv. GDPR, DORA, NIS2, COSO, ISO, SOC).
- Ervaring met het implementeren van risicomanagement- en compliance programma’s en frameworks.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, informatiebeveiliging en privacy is een pré.
- Ervaring binnen de consultancy of de financiële sector is een pré.
