Responsibilities
Actively participate in daily store operations on the sales floor
Lead, motivate and develop your store team
Take responsibility for the sales and profitability of your store
Ensure first-class customer service and a positive shopping experience
Manage merchandise presentation and implement sales-promoting visual merchandising
Analyze relevant KPIs (e.g., sales, cost of goods sold, footfall) and derive appropriate measures
Implement sales campaigns and assortment concepts
Organize and continuously optimize day-to-day store processes
Requirements
Completed commercial training in retail or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in sporting goods
Initial leadership experience (e.g., deputy store manager, department manager or similar)
Strong customer and service orientation
Enjoy leading a team and motivating employees
Good numerical understanding and experience working with KPIs
Strong organizational skills, self-responsibility and reliability
High affinity for sport and physical activity
