Responsibilities
The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the direct management of properties within our portfolio, including the management and direction of staff reporting to them.
The role will involve strategically supporting the building and FM based teams linking in with the existing Senior Facilities Team network within the region.
The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for representing MAPP in the local and regional business and real estate community to promote MAPP’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants, clients and the Client.
Line management of a team, enabling strong team performance through effective leadership, providing support and mentoring to colleagues.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service to our clients and occupiers.
A high level of integrity and professionalism must be demonstrated and always maintained.
Requirements
IOSH / Member of IWFM.
Building Management/Contractor management.
Time management & Excellent organisational skills.
Proven experience in production and presentation of Client / management reports.
Excellent organisational skills & strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels.
Effective line management skills.
Effective PC skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Pro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role itself.
