About the role
- Business Unit Leader overseeing Business Central projects at Cloudfit. Responsible for P&L and strategic management in a growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Business Unit's revenue, margin and EBIT
- Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
- Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to deadlines and customer satisfaction
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, project managers, architects and students
- Capacity and utilization management
- Building resources and skills to reduce external dependencies
- Escalation point for project managers and customers
- Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
- Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
- KPI-based reporting, forecasting and definition of operational measures
- Participation in proposal approvals within the defined competency framework
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Leadership experience with P&L or business unit responsibility
- Strong understanding of project management, capacity planning and margin mechanics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making skills
- Confident presence at management and C-level
- Experience in steering committees and escalation management
- Ability to lead and develop multi-site/distributed teams
- Very good command of English
