Manager of Advisor Compensation Support overseeing compensation inquiries and operations at PPI, an insurance marketing organization. Leading a team to ensure service quality and compliance in advisor compensation processes.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance as Manager, Advisor Compensation Support
Coordinate workloads and optimize team workflows to meet service demands
Review service standards and recommend improvements
Lead and review complex commission investigations
Act as a senior resource for advisors and carrier partners on inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and carriers
Support the team in adopting compliance policies and internal controls
Communicate compliance policies and regulatory requirements to advisors
Identify and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ insurance industry experience
In-depth knowledge of MGA advisor compensation models and commission structures
Minimum three years’ experience in a team lead or senior role
Proven ability to conduct and support complex commission investigations
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Ability to analyze workflows and contribute to process improvements
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
Self-motivated and results driven
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion
Excellent English language skills, French is an asset
