About the role
- Operative Purchaser handling procurement and SAP processes for Interroll in Hückelhoven. Overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials within supply chain.
Responsibilities
- General order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
- Procurement of non-production material (NPM)
- Coordination, analysis, optimization and design of SAP process workflows within the MM module environment
- Providing first-level support to SAP users
- Monitoring SAP adjustments as the interface between SAP CBA and internal departments
- Data preparation for KPI creation and reporting for Purchasing Management
- Handling complaints/claims in cooperation with Quality Assurance
- Supporting the collection and evaluation of quotations
- Monitoring, maintaining and analyzing purchasing master data in SAP
- Training and onboarding of new employees
- Continuous inventory control in accordance with target coverage levels
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in purchasing / supply chain management
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- SAP knowledge (especially MM module)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
