Responsibilities
- The Air Sourcing team is responsible for negotiating with airlines, managing vendor registrations and product listings, and monitoring the market to ensure Decolar remains competitive. Our goal is to offer the best flight and package options to our customers, with a constant focus on profitability and innovation.
- Perform detailed analyses to support the Air Sourcing team, including daily reports and ad-hoc analyses.
- Develop and maintain reports on profitability indicators and airlines' daily marketing share.
- Prepare presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides to support negotiations and commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists to provide insights that improve negotiations with airlines.
- Work with product and package data and market analyses.
- Ensure analyses and reports contribute to making Decolar more competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Technical and analytical profile, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and generate strategic insights.
- Advanced experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Metabase and SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish (preferred, due to interaction with other countries).
- English (a plus).
- Experience in the travel industry or with air products will be considered a plus.
