About the role

  • Intern supporting operational purchasing team at Innomotics. Helping process inquiries, analyze offers, and communicate with suppliers in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the operational purchasing team in handling inquiries and analyzing offers.
  • You will communicate independently with our suppliers by e-mail and phone.
  • You will work with SAP and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and prepare analyses and reports in Excel.
  • You will also actively contribute to evaluating supplier performance and support administrative tasks such as tracking orders, order confirmations and inquiries.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in business, business administration, logistics or a related field and are required to complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage; we will provide training.
  • You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are comfortable interacting with suppliers and other external contacts.
  • You have a quick grasp of new information and an interest in commercial processes.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness and a sense of responsibility characterize your work style.
  • You are a team player, eager to learn and open to new tools and processes.
