IT Procurement Associate managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in software and SaaS at Contentstack. Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant procurements.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT procurement for software and SaaS tools
Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and guide them through the procurement process
Lead and support commercial negotiations with vendors to obtain competitive pricing, favorable terms, and discounts
Coordinate with vendors on NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, Order Forms, and pricing discussions
Act as a single point of contact between vendors and internal Business, Legal, and Security teams
Support contract reviews, track feedback, and drive timely closure with vendors and stakeholders
Collect vendor security documentation and coordinate security assessments with Security team and vendors
Proactively manage contract renewals, engaging stakeholders at least 90 days in advance
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and approvals in internal systems
Support additional IT procurement initiatives and vendor issue resolution as needed
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in IT Procurement, preferably in software/SaaS procurement
Hands-on experience managing new purchases and renewals end-to-end
Prior exposure working with Legal, Security, Finance, Business teams, and vendors
Basic understanding of IT contracts (NDA, MSA, SLA, Order Forms)
Experience working in an AI-forward environment, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technologies as a core part of day-to-day work, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
