About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist coordinating spare parts processes and technical inquiries for international locations. Engaging in SAP order processing and managing deliveries and claims in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Support for our international locations regarding spare parts processes and technical inquiries: recording quotes and orders for intercompany transactions in SAP
  • Deadline tracking and coordination with relevant interfaces (external warehouse, purchasing, technical support, production units)
  • Identification of spare parts using spare parts lists, technical documentation and order-related BOMs
  • Organization and coordination of international shipments and collections as well as assistance with shipment tracking
  • Preparation of pro forma invoices for export shipments
  • Creation of credit notes and invoices
  • Processing of spare parts complaints
  • Returns management including related credit notes
  • Technical elaboration and price determination for spare parts and spare parts packages
  • Maintenance of spare parts lists for legacy equipment
  • Support for proactive sales activities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or technical training with basic commercial knowledge
  • Experience in international order processing
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures
  • Professional experience with a CRM/ticketing system is desirable
  • Proficient MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP S/4
  • Structured, independent working style with a confident external presence
  • Strong service and customer orientation as well as team skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
