About the role

  • HR Business Partner acting as a strategic partner advising local management while managing HR processes. Fostering culture of performance and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act proactively as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to local management, taking responsibility for all core HR topics, processes and tools
  • Deliver training and advisory services that strengthen or optimize HR processes, tools and topics to meet both business and employee needs (e.g., talent, succession & performance management)
  • Support and shape individual, team and organizational development; promote a culture of performance, learning and growth to enable strategy execution
  • Work closely with business leaders and other stakeholders, such as local works councils and other HR business partners, acting as a reliable partner and trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Center of Excellence and HR Center of Scale
  • Participate in strategic HR projects, including taking (partial) project responsibility
  • Support the rollout and/or training of new HR systems, processes and tools on site
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal interfaces, external partners and audits

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant vocational training in Human Resources, Employment Law, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Certifications/skills in coaching, consulting, facilitation and assessment tools are a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge and experience as an HR Business Partner and/or in HR management, ideally gained in structured, multinational manufacturing environments
  • Sound employment law knowledge and a systemic understanding, ideally acquired within global structures
  • Strong analytical skills, empathy and solution-oriented thinking and acting with a high degree of goal orientation
  • Strategic mindset with a practical, implementation-focused approach
  • A mature and reliable HR personality combined with the credibility of a trustworthy and responsible partner
  • Efficient and well-structured self-organization
  • Experience working with modern HR systems, processes and tools
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent German and very good English are required
