Responsibilities
Scale Interpolitan’s global digital presence and performance marketing engine
Own client acquisition across markets through data-driven experimentation, funnel optimisation, and integrated multichannel campaigns
Lead paid media, SEO, ABM, CRO, and analytics efforts, collaborating closely with content, creative, product, and commercial teams
Instrumental in launching new products and markets, shaping user journeys, and driving measurable growth across the UAE, India, UK, Canada and beyond
Requirements
5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/fintech/financial services)
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic etc.)
Must have experience operating growth across UK, UAE and international markets.
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Experience with landing page tools and A/B testing platforms
Data-savvy with experience using GA4, PowerBi, or similar
Commercial mindset, self-starter, comfortable working across teams and regions
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
