About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager responsible for scaling digital presence and performance for Interpolitan. Leading client acquisition and multi-channel marketing efforts across various global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Scale Interpolitan’s global digital presence and performance marketing engine
  • Own client acquisition across markets through data-driven experimentation, funnel optimisation, and integrated multichannel campaigns
  • Lead paid media, SEO, ABM, CRO, and analytics efforts, collaborating closely with content, creative, product, and commercial teams
  • Instrumental in launching new products and markets, shaping user journeys, and driving measurable growth across the UAE, India, UK, Canada and beyond

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/fintech/financial services)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic etc.)
  • Must have experience operating growth across UK, UAE and international markets.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with landing page tools and A/B testing platforms
  • Data-savvy with experience using GA4, PowerBi, or similar
  • Commercial mindset, self-starter, comfortable working across teams and regions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
