  • Recruiting Manager responsible for scaling talent acquisition at a high-performance organization. Leading a recruiting team and optimizing processes for top talent attraction.

Responsibilities

  • The Recruiting Manager will lead and scale the company’s talent acquisition function.
  • Responsible for both leading the recruiting team and carrying a full requisition load.
  • Design recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure consistent attraction of top talent.
  • Reports directly to the Chief People Officer and plays a critical role in predictable hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Experience in insurance, TPA, healthcare, or other highly regulated, compliance-driven industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven working knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS systems, metrics-driven recruiting, diversity initiatives, and hiring dashboards.
