About the role

  • Senior Publisher Manager at Interactive Performance managing partnerships to optimize display-based campaign purchases. Focused on measurable success, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Independently acquire and manage monetization partners across various digital channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers within your portfolio segment
  • Coordinate between publishers, sales, tech, and other internal teams
  • Develop innovative ad formats and cross-digital products
  • Conduct analysis, reporting, and market monitoring
  • Advise and collaborate on publishers' online presence
  • Represent the company to publishers
  • Coordinate diverse internal and external stakeholders in holistic projects

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management/online monetization
  • Degree or vocational training in business administration, communications, or media studies
  • Strong communication skills and confident negotiation abilities
  • Independent working style, resilience, and team orientation
  • Drive for innovation and goal-oriented mindset
  • Analytical skills and technical understanding
  • Cost awareness and systems thinking
  • Flexibility and customer focus
  • Good English skills and MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
