About the role

  • Paid Search Manager responsible for acquisition and revenue growth through paid search strategy. Collaborating with analytics and marketing teams to optimize campaigns for Rev's Legal AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid search strategy across Google Ads and Bing
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization across Rev’s product lines
  • Develop and test compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page strategy to drive conversion
  • Actively manage bids, budgets, targeting, and structure to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS goals
  • Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences
  • Partner closely with Analytics to define attribution models and reporting frameworks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or high-consideration products
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive decisions
  • Experience with analytic platforms and tools including Looker, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across marketing, analytics, and product teams
