Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field
- 7+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology development experience
- 1+ years of experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
- 2+ years of experience in root-cause analysis capabilities using structured problem-solving and data analytics
- 2+ years of experience with module integration and interactions across semiconductor processes including; etch, deposition, CMP, or lithography
- Experience in process optimization, defect reduction, and manufacturing improvements
- Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing processes (e.g. etching, material science, and/or equipment metrology)
