About the role

  • Technicien·ne comptable responsible for managing daily accounting in a multi-entity group. Supporting financial analyses and ensuring compliance with fiscal obligations in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparation and issuance of customer invoices
  • Monitoring of payments and handling of collections
  • Support to internal teams and clients on billing inquiries
  • Recording and tracking of supplier invoices
  • Support for month-end closings in collaboration with the external accounting firm

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an accounting technician
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or an equivalent accounting system
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced filters)
  • Solid knowledge of complete accounting cycles
  • Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment
  • Functional to fluent English (client communications and follow-ups)
