About the role
- Technicien·ne comptable responsible for managing daily accounting in a multi-entity group. Supporting financial analyses and ensuring compliance with fiscal obligations in a growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation and issuance of customer invoices
- Monitoring of payments and handling of collections
- Support to internal teams and clients on billing inquiries
- Recording and tracking of supplier invoices
- Support for month-end closings in collaboration with the external accounting firm
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an accounting technician
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or an equivalent accounting system
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced filters)
- Solid knowledge of complete accounting cycles
- Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment
- Functional to fluent English (client communications and follow-ups)
