Responsibilities
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of mid-market private capital and investment banking accounts
Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms
Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable growth
Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes and priorities
Monitor client health and act proactively to resolve friction
Requirements
3+ years in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business
Familiarity with private capital or broader financial services markets, preferably investment banking
Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level
Strong communicator with a bias for ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration
CRM experience and willingness to travel and present to clients as needed
