About the role
- Product Owner managing logistics processes and priorities while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams in São Paulo. Responsible for agile methodologies and continuous value delivery in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the Logistics Squad
- Define and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure clarity of requirements and objectives for the development team
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily)
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions
- Monitor product metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Support innovation initiatives and optimization of logistics processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid understanding of logistics processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Experience with Körber WMS
- Agile certifications (CSPO, PSM, etc.)
- Experience in integrated logistics and supply chain projects
