About the role

  • Lead the communication strategy for Impact Hub Brasília
  • Develop and implement the overall communication and positioning strategy
  • Coordinate positioning and commercial marketing campaigns
  • Oversee content planning and production
  • Analyze performance data and translate it into strategic insights
  • Lead and develop the communications team
  • Strengthen relationships with the press, partners and key stakeholders
  • Ensure correct application of Impact Hub’s global brand identity and guidelines

Requirements

  • Languages: Portuguese and English (intermediate or advanced)
  • Strategic, analytical and creative profile
  • Ability to translate purpose into concrete results
  • Previous experience leading communication and/or marketing teams
  • Comfortable collaborating across different departments and audiences
  • Genuine interest in social impact, sustainability and innovation
  • Management and productivity: Trello, Slack, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Meet, Calendar)
  • Creation and design: Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign)
  • Metrics and analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Business, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ad Grants
  • CRM and sales integration: HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Digital marketing: RD Station, automation tools and paid traffic
  • Communication and relationship tools: Zoom, WhatsApp Business, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
