About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist developing client relationships for marketing platform Insider One. Engaging prospects through calls, emails, and social media in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Personalize content for each prospect. We aim to build human connections; prospects should feel valued as potential clients, so attention to individual details is important.
  • Pass sales-qualified leads to an account executive to close.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with your team to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in Insider One’s products within targeted industries and segments.
  • Most importantly, you will learn—a LOT. You will participate in many training sessions and learn from team members and leaders who are top-notch sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with the e-commerce space.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Confident phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
  • Creative approach to market research, identifying key players, and generating leads.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong skills in problem identification and objection handling.
  • Preferably, experience in customer-facing digital marketing roles.
