Lead iNova’s growth in one of its most strategic markets.
Own end-to-end E-Commerce performance- driving online demand, managing key platforms (Amazon, Rakuten, Askul), and ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence.
Develop and execute a profitable E-Commerce strategy aligned with iNova’s Japan business priorities.
Drive growth on key platforms (Amazon, Rakuten, Askul) through data-led optimization, campaign planning, and strong partner relationships.
Leverage analytics and shopper insights to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Experienced E-Commerce leader with a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years driving strategy and operations, ideally in FMCG or consumer healthcare.
Deep knowledge of Japan’s E-Commerce ecosystem with proven ability to manage key accounts, build strong partnerships, and deliver growth through performance marketing, optimization, and merchandising.
Data-driven and execution-focused, skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau) and project management to turn insights into measurable results.
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
