About the role

  • Hybrid BCBA Support Specialist providing flexible support for clients and technicians in Omaha, Nebraska. Conducting training and assessments while maintaining billable work requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping clients, technicians, and BCBAs feeling confident and comfortable
  • Support hero role for variety and teamwork
  • Work with the RDT to determine location of support provided for on-site days
  • Conduct telehealth services on work from home day to meet billable requirements
  • Minimum of 25 hours of billable work is required per week

Requirements

  • Ongoing caseload support of up to 250 hours scheduled weekly client hours in assigned clinic(s)
  • Support BCBAs with assessments through report writing
  • Conduct parent interviews
  • Set up Central Reach for data collection
  • Train technicians during their shadow sessions or conduct competency checks
  • Conduct supervision for a BCBA on PTO
  • Provide minimum of 10% supervision for client
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Regional Director
