Responsibilities
Educate HCPs in the hospital community on all-in-one test kit for mild traumatic brain injury
Drive awareness of workflow strategies and logistical considerations to streamline access and accelerate treatment initiation
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and referral coordinators
Provide deep insights from the field to shape broader commercial strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure message alignment and optimized account engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales
Must have a clinical nursing background and experience selling to clinicians in the ED and ICU, preferably in diagnostics
Proven success in identifying new business, engaging HCPs, and influencing treatment decisions
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex clinical data clearly
A driven, compassionate approach centered on improving patient outcomes
Willingness to travel (some overnight); valid U.S. driver’s license required
