Responsibilities
Diseñar canales escalables de adquisición para conductores y usuarios.

Requirements
+6 años de experiencia en áreas de crecimiento, estrategia, operaciones o analítica de negocio, idealmente en tecnología, logística, fintech, e-commerce o marketplaces.
Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos y desarrollando talento en distintas geografías.
Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y dominio de herramientas como Excel, SQL y plataformas de visualización (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
Capacidad para conectar estrategia con ejecución, desde la visión hasta la entrega operativa.
Habilidades sólidas de gestión de stakeholders y alineación de equipos.
Alta proactividad, sentido de urgencia y foco en la mejora continua.
