About the role

  • Acquisition Manager overseeing affiliate and media buy relationships in iGaming markets. Managing partnerships, optimizing for ROI while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, expand, and manage relationships with existing and new affiliate and media buy partners, across multiple brands and geos.
  • Identify and recruit high-performing casino and sportsbook affiliates.
  • Negotiate and maintain CPA, hybrid, and revenue share deals.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimise for FTDs and eCPA.
  • Collaborate with BI, Content, CRM, and Design to support campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, brand standards, and market restrictions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, tags, and payment data in affiliate platforms.
  • Provide insights, reports, and performance reviews to internal stakeholders, weekly and monthly as required.
  • Onboard new partners and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.
  • Closely work with Finance teams to ensure smooth and streamline Acquisition commissions payments processing, recording of invoices and assist with login of invoices and payment statuses.
  • Provide day to day affiliate and media buy support, source, qualify, approve and onboard new affiliate and media buy partners.
  • Be able to perform profitability analysis, insure tracking accuracy, affiliate data related instances and manage affiliate creatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities in the iGaming acquisition space.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with direct Affiliate or Media Buy experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Established portfolio of active Casino and Sportsbook affiliates and traffic partners is a plus and highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs, funnel metrics, and deal modelling.
  • Commercially sharp, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented - especially around tracking and reporting.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
