About the role

  • Brand Development Manager executing marketing initiatives for FMCG brand growth in Costa Rica. Collaborating with teams to ensure strong brand performance through market insights and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Go-to-Market strategies and 5Ps plans to drive brand growth
  • Manage the local sub-category P&L, monitoring performance and opportunities
  • Lead commercial meetings and support Budget Review and Mid-Year Review processes
  • Analyze market share, KPIs and business performance indicators
  • Coordinate brand launches, promotions and activation initiatives
  • Develop promotional plans together with retail marketing and commercial teams
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify market opportunities
  • Support margin improvement initiatives and portfolio optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG marketing
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical and business understanding
  • Experience working with pricing, market performance and P&L impact
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder influence skills
  • Master’s degree or MBA (Nice to have)
  • Experience with Nielsen, Kantar or similar market data tools (Nice to have)
  • Background in Trade Marketing (Nice to have)
