Responsibilities
Implement Go-to-Market strategies and 5Ps plans to drive brand growth
Manage the local sub-category P&L, monitoring performance and opportunities
Lead commercial meetings and support Budget Review and Mid-Year Review processes
Analyze market share, KPIs and business performance indicators
Coordinate brand launches, promotions and activation initiatives
Develop promotional plans together with retail marketing and commercial teams
Monitor competitive activity and identify market opportunities
Support margin improvement initiatives and portfolio optimization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
3+ years of experience in FMCG marketing
Fluent English
Strong analytical and business understanding
Experience working with pricing, market performance and P&L impact
Excellent presentation and stakeholder influence skills
Master’s degree or MBA (Nice to have)
Experience with Nielsen, Kantar or similar market data tools (Nice to have)
