About the role

  • Key Account Manager focusing on business development for a network management software company in Germany. Supports B2B sales and engages with clients across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Support the current ten-member sales team
  • Identify and proactively manage channel partners as well as new and existing customers
  • Conduct market analysis and drive business development
  • Develop alternative sales channels (for example via industry associations, channels, marketplaces, or social media)
  • Increase revenue in the German and broader European markets

Requirements

  • Your personality and sales aptitude are more important to us than certificates or formal qualifications
  • You should be confident and proactive in B2B sales (especially solution selling)
  • Good German and English language skills
  • An IT background is an advantage but not a strict requirement
