Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic expert.
  • Deep-dive into client goals to provide advertising strategies that drive real results.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client investment.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention objectives through proactive management.
  • Ensure high levels of loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service and timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client information and revenue forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1).
  • At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong capability in creating digital advertising strategies tailored to growing businesses.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
  • Ability to quickly understand new business models and platform updates.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or a career path reflecting strong functional expertise.
