About the role

  • Senior Account Manager for Acrisure's Large Real Estate/Condo team handling complex commercial accounts. Focusing on client support and operational efficiency in Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily service on assigned task by Client Advisors and/or Account Executives with the agency’s written procedures
  • Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a designated book of large and complex commercial accounts
  • Review and analyze policy audits, ensuring accuracy and proactively addressing discrepancies with carriers and clients
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all policy documents, endorsements, and binders
  • Provide expert-level client support, responding promptly to inquiries and service needs
  • Issue and manage certificates, endorsements, policies, ID cards, and other coverage documents
  • Maintain precise documentation of all client activities, communications, and transactions within the agency management system (Applied EPIC)
  • Utilize agency technology platforms to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Producers and Account Executives
  • Maintain deep expertise in commercial insurance coverages and policy language
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow enhancement, training, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in the Real Estate/Condo market in the state of Florida required
  • Active Commercial Lines Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and be proactive
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus
