About the role

  • National Account Manager at Ranpak delivering automated packaging solutions. Leading sales strategies and building customer relationships across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact projects and unlock new customer segments while nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored automation solutions, craft compelling proposals, and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to shape and execute national sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, and industry leaders—both nationally and internationally.
  • Guide every step of the customer journey, from prospecting to closing.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in automated packaging solutions.
  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing complex sales.
  • Deep experience working with integrators, engineers, and operations managers.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems, CRM platforms, and project planning.
  • A consultative approach to selling technical, high-value solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and charisma across all levels—from warehouse floors to C-suites.
  • A passion for innovation, independence, and making things happen.
