About the role

  • IT Security Architect responsible for building security concepts and enhancing company-wide safety measures. Contributes to reliable global software solutions in an international team context.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for implementing, monitoring and continuously improving security measures across the entire company.
  • You will work closely with central IT and other departments to plan, prioritize and coordinate security aspects effectively.
  • Together with the IT teams, you will develop technical security concepts based on risk, threat and vulnerability analyses.
  • You implement security measures, optimize existing solutions and think innovatively to continuously improve security procedures.
  • You define clear procedures and action guidelines for preventing and handling security incidents.
  • In the event of an incident, you make quick, well-founded decisions and communicate them clearly and efficiently within the organization.
  • In addition, you take responsibility for collaborating with external security experts and service providers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT security (e.g., as an IT Security Engineer, Cyber Security Architect, IT Security Manager or Security Operations Manager).
  • Experience securing Windows domains, IT systems and networks, and an understanding of the challenges and best practices in IT security.
  • Independent and structured working style and a very solution-oriented mindset to implement security measures effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented manner to communicate complex security topics clearly and understandably.
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English (both at least C1 level).
  • A high degree of teamwork and enjoyment in working with a team to achieve common goals.
