Responsibilities
- Support in quality and information security management: Actively participate in designing and optimizing processes in collaboration with our specialist departments.
- Document processes: Help capture and create process flows — always in close coordination with our experts.
- Assist with internal audits: Take part in preparing and following up on internal audits, and learn what matters.
- Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us improve.
- Update documents: Edit and maintain standard documents to keep them up to date.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student: Whether in Business Administration or a comparable degree program — it is important that you remain matriculated for at least the next 12 months.
- Analytical thinking & project understanding: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are familiar to you.
- Bonus: software know-how: Ideally, you have initial experience with process modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
