Responsibilities
Support in quality and information security management: Actively contribute to the design and optimization of processes in collaboration with our specialist departments.
Document processes: Help capture and create process workflows — always in close coordination with our experts.
Participate in internal audits: Assist with the preparation and follow-up of internal audits and learn what to focus on.
Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us improve.
Update documents: Edit and keep standard documents up to date.
Requirements
You are completing an internship as part of your studies: Whether in business administration or a comparable degree program — you should have at least 5 months available for the internship.
Analytical thinking & project understanding: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are familiar to you.
Bonus: Software know‑how: Ideally you have initial experience with process modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
