Responsibilities
Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.
Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
Leads projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications.
Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems.
Manages program and project implementations.
Provides direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Security Administration experience with governance/design strategy, security support models, business process security highly preferred.
Securable Item Permissions experience with being proficient with configuring domain and business process policies across multiple functions highly preferred.
HCM Security experience with understanding role-based, user-based, segmented groups role assignments highly preferred.
Knowledgeable on authentication practices and policies and multi-factor authentication highly preferred.
Support in quality and information security management, optimizing processes in collaboration with departments. Create reports and help maintain documentation ensuring up - to - date records.
